A one-day ‘Workshop on Turbo DMAIC’ was successfully conducted at FTCCI Pokarna Skill Centre on 6th September 2024. The workshop was jointly organized by the Center of Excellence of the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), focusing on the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for continuous improvement in business processes.
The sessions were led by distinguished experts: Mr. Sunil Shrivastav, Head of the Center of Excellence, Mr. Ravi, Faculty at QCFI, and Shri K K Agarwal, Senior Faculty, Ex. Quality Assurance Head, Bharat Electronics Ltd.. Their insightful presentations and interactive discussions enriched the participants’ understanding of DMAIC tools and techniques.
The event concluded with an address by the Senior Vice President of FTCCI, emphasizing the importance of such workshops in fostering a culture of quality and innovation in organizations.
36 Participants left with valuable knowledge to apply DMAIC strategies for process improvement in their respective fields.
