The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) successfully conducted a Leadership & Inclusiveness at the Workplace program at the Pokarna Skill Centre on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The program brought together 15 participants from various industries, aiming to strengthen leadership skills while promoting inclusive workplace cultures.
The sessions were led by Advocate Geetha Goti, a distinguished legal expert known for her work on workplace equality and compliance, and Dr. Venkateshwar Rao, an experienced trainer in organizational leadership and employee engagement.
The program covered a range of topics including the POSH Act, inclusive decision-making processes, complaint redressal mechanisms, and strategies to create equitable and respectful workplace environments. Participants engaged in interactive discussions, case studies, and role-plays that helped them translate inclusiveness principles into practical workplace solutions.
Speaking at the event, FTCCI representatives emphasized the critical role of leadership in fostering inclusivity, stating that “An inclusive workplace is not only a legal and ethical responsibility but also a driver of innovation, collaboration, and productivity.”
The program concluded with participants reaffirming their commitment to building diverse and respectful work environments within their respective organizations. FTCCI announced that similar capacity-building initiatives will continue as part of its ongoing industry development and CSR activities.
