







Hyderabad, January 27, 2024 – The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI), a key player in promoting trade and commerce in the region, is thrilled to announce the launch of its six-day “Certificate Program on Export & Import Management” in collaboration with The Ministry of Commerce & Industry. The training program, supported under the Market Access Initiative for Capacity Building, aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of 67 business owners from the Leather Industry.
Hosted at the FTCCI Pokarna Skill Centre in Hyderabad, the program is set to equip participants with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of international trade. The inauguration ceremony on January 27, 2024, saw FTCCI’s President, Mr. Meela Jayadev, emphasizing the crucial role of capacity-building initiatives in fostering growth and competitiveness.
Expressing his optimism, Mr. Jayadev stated, “This Certificate Program on Export & Import Management is a testament to FTCCI’s commitment to empowering businesses in the Leather Industry. As we witness the inauguration of this transformative training, I urge business owners in priority sectors such as food items, handicrafts, handlooms, GI Products, carpets, leather, sports goods & toys, silk, wool, jute, and minor forest produce to actively engage in similar capacity-building programs organized by FTCCI.”
This training program is the first of five planned initiatives, with FTCCI strategically extending its reach to Medak, Guntur, Khammam, and Mahabubnagar Districts. By disseminating knowledge and expertise, FTCCI aims to catalyze growth and success in diverse economic landscapes.
