Yellow Belt Six Sigma

We are excited to announce the successful completion of the Yellow Belt Six Sigma training program at the FTCCI Pokarna Skill Centre, which concluded on 20th September 2024. The program was expertly facilitated by Mr. C V Ramana, a renowned Six Sigma practitioner, with 13 participants gaining foundational expertise in this critical methodology.

The Six Sigma Yellow Belt program is designed to equip professionals with the fundamental principles of Six Sigma, focusing on improving process efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing quality in business operations. Participants were exposed to real-world case studies and tools to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in their respective roles.
