DAY 1: DISCOVERY & IMMERSION
Session 1: Opening Circle – Creativity
- Guided reflection: “Creative Journey”?
- Breaking myths: Creativity is not talent, it is expression
- Icebreaker: Non-verbal self-expression
Session 2: Music for Mind & Emotion
- Basics of rhythm, sound, and voice
- Group activity: Rhythm circle / humming meditation
- Understanding emotional impact of sound

Session 3: Movement & Dance for Release
- Dance forms and relevance in society and culture
- Body awareness and stress release
- Expressive movement exercises
An engaging session that combines knowledge and practice of dance forms with expressive movement. Participants are introduced to basic concepts and styles across selected dance traditions, followed by guided exercises that use movement as a tool for stress release, body awareness, and emotional expression—no prior experience required.
