Empowering Success: RAMKY’s Management Development Program
In the heart of Hyderabad, at The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry, a transformative journey unfolded over two days as RAMKY Estates & Farms Pvt. Ltd. participated in a bespoke ‘Management Development Program.’ Tailored to enhance ‘Decision-Making Skills and Cross-Functional Productivity,’ the program brought together Managers of RAMKY’s dynamic workforce. during 20th to 21st November, 2023
Inaugural Session:
Setting the Stage for Excellence. The program kicked off with the Inaugural Session, marked by a warm Welcome Address by FTCCI, embodying the collaborative spirit of the event. The traditional Lighting of the Lamp and the Felicitation of Dignitaries on the dais added a touch of reverence, honoring the leaders steering RAMKY’s success.
The Director of FTCCI shared a meaningful Foreword, underscoring the significance of the program. The spotlight then turned to the esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Nanda Kishore, MD – Ramky Estates & Farms Pvt. Ltd., who graced the occasion with a riveting Keynote Address. Mr. Kishore shared not only his insights into decision-making but also his personal success mantra, inspiring RAMKY’s employees to aspire to greatness.
Mr. Rajgopal B, Head – HR, added depth to the session with his comprehensive Address, shedding light on the critical role of HR in organizational success. The Vote of Thanks by the Deputy Director expressed gratitude to all involved, symbolizing the official commencement of the program.
Enhancing Management Skills: A Day of Learning and Growth: The program unfolded with a focus on core management skills and qualities. An interactive Break Activity set the tone for collaborative learning. Customer Service and Communication Skills took center stage, emphasizing the pivotal role of effective communication in a professional setting.
Engaging participants in a Case Study Discussion and encouraging storytelling and role Play injected practicality into theoretical concepts. A rejuvenating Tea Break paved the way for a session of Team Management Games, promoting teamwork and strategic thinking.
Day 2: Navigating Decisions and Embracing Innovation:
The second day delved into the intricacies of decision-making. A challenging Management Game – Manager or Damager brought theoretical concepts to life, testing participants’ ability to make strategic decisions. The innovative MAMA MATRIX (Management & Manager Relationship) session explored the dynamics of effective management relationships.
After a nourishing Lunch Break, participants were introduced to the realm of Digital Marketing Tools and learned Techniques for Promoting Real Estate Listings.
The highlight of the event was the Certificate Distribution ceremony, a moment of recognition for the dedication and participation of each individual. Faculties and the Senior Vice President of FTCCI, Mr. Suresh Kumar Singhal, presided over the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and professional development. The day concluded with a celebratory Group Picture, capturing the collective achievement of the RAMKY family.
